Do you recommend buying every stock the moment it ‘goes green’?
Purple Chips use the Low and High level valuation signal indicators as inputs to further research. We do not recommend every stock the moment it ‘goes green’ as we always conduct further research (as you should) before buying or selling or sending out an Action Alert.

Similar to Low valuations, we use the High valuation to validate our research before executing a Sell recommendation. Most often we do exit trades at High valuation and cycle money into lower risk opportunities at Low valuation or stand aside in cash.
